Engage with others the way you'd want to be engaged with. Assume good intent. Lift people up.
Share genuine perspectives and accurate information. The community depends on trustworthy contributions.
Critique ideas, not people. Offer specific, actionable feedback that helps the creator improve.
Every person here has a story. Treat contributors with dignity regardless of background or viewpoint.
Bring your own ideas, voice, and perspective. Don't copy or misrepresent others' work as your own.
Keep this space safe for everyone. Avoid content that could cause real-world harm to individuals or groups.
Narrow your idea to a focused point of view. Specific is always more compelling than broad.
Ideas from underrepresented voices, regions, and backgrounds are especially valued here.
Leave comments that explain your thinking — not just a thumbs up or down.
Use the Fork feature to extend an idea you admire. Credit the original creator.
When an idea makes it to broadcast, cheer it on. Community wins are everyone's wins.
First-hand experience makes content real. Share your own story where relevant.
Do not submit ideas that exist primarily to market a product, service, or personal brand.
Criticism must target ideas and arguments, never individuals. No insults, mockery, or targeted harassment.
Do not present speculation or rumour as fact. Cite sources where possible. Corrections are welcome.
Titles must accurately reflect the idea. Misleading or sensationalist framing will be flagged.
Content that dehumanises or attacks people based on race, gender, religion, sexuality, disability, or other identity is strictly prohibited.
Do not submit anything that promotes, enables, or depicts illegal activity. This includes copyright infringement.
A moderation note is sent explaining the violation. The content may be edited or removed.
Repeated or more serious violations result in a temporary suspension from posting and commenting.
Egregious or persistent violations result in permanent removal from the platform with no appeal.
